Welcome to WOOFPY, where we offer personalized pet collars designed to ensure your safety and peace of mind. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of our products and services.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our personalized collars are designed for dogs and cats and feature:

- Durable metal buckles.
- Laser engraving of the pet's name and a contact number.
- Comfortable and adjustable designs to ensure the well-being of the animal.

The main objective of these collars is to facilitate the identification of the pet in case of loss, helping to avoid administrative sanctions in accordance with current regulations in Spain.

2. PROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT
The owner agrees to:

- Use the collar responsibly and regularly monitor its condition.
- Ensure that recorded information is correct, up-to-date and clearly visible.
- Comply with local regulations regarding pet identification (such as mandatory microchipping).

Note: Although the collar is a useful accessory, it does not replace the mandatory microchip for the legal identification of pets.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the user's responsibility to ensure proper use of the collar and to keep contact information up to date. The company is not responsible for:

- Fines or penalties resulting from failure to comply with pet identification regulations.
- Losses or damages caused by misuse of the product.

4. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our collars are made of high quality materials and undergo strict quality controls. The warranty includes:

- Manufacturing defects detected within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear or exposure to extreme conditions.

5. PERSONALIZATION POLICY
The customer is responsible for providing the information for engraving. Returns of personalized products are not accepted, except in the case of errors attributable to the company. Please carefully review the data before confirming your order.

6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Shipping: Delivery times may vary by location, with an estimated time of 4 - 8 business days.

Returns: Only returns of defective products will be accepted. The return costs will be borne by the company in these cases.

7. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. It is the owner's obligation to ensure compliance with local regulations regarding pet ownership, including their correct identification.
