Returns and Refunds

At WOOFPY, we strive to provide high quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Below are the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.

1. RETURNS

1.1. Customized Products

Due to the custom nature of our pet collars, returns are not accepted on products that have been correctly manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer.

However, we do accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • There was an error in the engraving attributable to our company.

1.2. Non-Personalized Products

If you purchased a product that does not include customization, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided that the item:

  • Has not been used.
  • It is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return process, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us : Send us an email to woofpyserver@gmail.com indicating:
    • Order number.
    • Reason for return.
    • Photographs of the product (in case of defect or error).
  2. Review : We will evaluate your request and respond to you within 3 business days .
  3. Product Shipping : If the return is approved, we will provide you with the address to send the item.

Note: Shipping costs associated with the return will be assumed by the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

3. REFUNDS

3.1. Eligibility for refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • The product has manufacturing defects.
  • There was an error in the engraving attributable to our company.
  • A non-personalized product has been returned within the established time frame and in the required conditions.

3.2. Refund procedure

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

  • We will process the refund within 5-7 business days .
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. EXCLUSIONS

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Errors in the information provided by the customer for engraving.
  • Damage caused by improper use of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product.
